If i can cut the lands...

I wish you guys make a chose for players in scenarios to be able to cut the lands as we wish by this we can make A REAL SCENARIOS GAMES and be able to make cities ^_______^ as capitals as well IT WILL BE SUPER FUN ^_______________________^

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this, but if it's something along the lines of:

"Splitting Countries - I have this great idea to make the US into 50 states! Or why there should be a north Mexico!" Or "Custom or Changing County Borders on maps - It would be really cool if there was a map of world war 2, harry potter, etc...."

Then they've already said it's not happening.
