Rule Changing Does Not Work

2 games I have played so far within the last 24 hours, with unanimous votes, we tried changing the maximum alliances and the timer, and all of us agreed (I am 99% certain) and it did not work, and I do not think it is a coincidence that twice in a row it would happen or that someone was disagreeing. Next time I will try record it so I can show you actual proof of this bug. But please fix it...
