When I attacked the wall at the next turn i found another wall and am sure i have destroyed the old wall. it happened to me in different games, its annoying but i want to know how to do that. i have learnt how to prevent it by putting a unit nearby his cap so he doesn't make another wall
i have tried to make that move but i failed can anyone tell me how to do it?

As it says HERE; all movements are prioritized according to the order of players' actions, so to successfully run away or intercept enemy units, plan this move early during your turn. Basically, you should make your moves in the order of their importance.
Order of movements is not based on time, so if one player made his first move within first 10 seconds, and the other player made his first move at the end of the turn, these will still have the same priority (50/50 chance).
So it wasn't a bug or anything, just the way the game rolls.... Hope this helps

If that player moved those wall units your attack may have followed them. Then he could have brought new units to make the wall with. In short the units you killed are not the same units that now wall the city.

Rewalling is generally looked down upon however I'll tell you how since many high ranks know anyways.
All you do is make your first moves to remove your old wall, say putting them into another city. Then you just make a new wall with new units. This works because the bomber/unit attacking your old wall follows your units to the city.
Though as I said this move is pretty cheap and you can easily stop it by wfing the wall, like you said.
