The art of Quoting.

I've gotten rathe'r annoyed by the fact that many people who respond to my comment's and other's simply do not bother using the quoting function whatsoeve'r- If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were lunatics talking to themselve's! If you look real fucking close there's a small green button on the top of a comment box- press that shit when you want them to notice what you're saying. It's goddamn irritating when you don't do this. That's all.

Does this annoy you?

Addendum: when you quote fucking CUT OUT the irrelevant parts. We don't want a massive wall of text in a quote and then a single-line reply. Sort it out guys!

Actually that makes it easier to read. Mainly becuase you don't have to look at the top and read all the way down. Its easier just to read the big wall of words and get what their talking about.

You're not supposed to quote the OP, so no it doesn't.

I find quotes to be somewhat annoying sometimes. But that's just me, coming from a forum where you can't edit/delete your posts, or quote someone else's

I agree. When I quote someone I make sure to take all the past quotes out of my post, and focus on the main subject I want to comment. It's better to reply without quoting than making conversations like this:

I agree. When I quote someone I make sure to take all the past quotes out of my post, and focus on the main subject I want to comment. It's better to reply without quoting than making conversations like this:
