Red.Army should be a supporter

He and his clan have harassed me on multiple occasions. They have used my trust and generosity against me. They have used the trust that I vest in people to gather my personal information, which they have used as club to silence me and obstruct my efforts to establish the greatest clan that has existed. He and his followers act in direction opposition of the ideals on which this community grows. They are narrow-minded, they are untrustworthy, and if Red.Army is incapable of being an officer in my clan, then why should he be capable of holding a position of power on this game?

Red Army was promoted due to an Interview I had one of the Supporters do (the name will be kept confidential on my end):

Red Army was allowed onto the team for a month trial period, however he had to stop his anti-semitism (shown below), trolls, etc or be demoted. Essentially he had to get his crap together if he wanted to be on the team for good. As cause of this, he should have changed his clan rules which literally target people on AW by saying things like "- No Jews."

He, however, within a day received multiple complaints about his reputation and how he hasn't changed. Not only this, his temper has gotten to him. Something of which I don't take kindly on a team I lead. Anyways, Red Army still hadn't (and still hasnt) changed his rules or anything; which proves to me he obviously isnt for change. So in the end I ended up demoting him to Help Squad which is a separate team of lesser supporters I run as I knew Red Army should be able to be re-promoted after this has left the scene. However, Red Army came back to me saying that I'm talking BS about him when I literally have been saying the same thing to anyone who asks why he was demoted: He was anti-semitic, had troll-like behavior, and ultimately his reputation ruined him. This then turned into a fight between Red Army and I.


In the end, I am still allowing Red Army onto the Help Squad to help out with what he was originally put here to do, but until he proves to me otherwise about his ways, he will not be a supporter. His dream is to be a moderator however I just don't see how he could ever be one when he goes around saying "as Mod I'm going to Make AW Great Again" and nothing to go along with that. Until he proves his worth to the team, nothing will be happening. He's lucky we even considered him to be on the team right away.




As for this "Alois declares war on Red Army" etc stupidity this is due to a meta-game thing that most everyone knows I deal with in the background of AW that is completely separate from my job as Supporter; even Dave knows this and is always welcomed to hop on any of my accounts to investigate me. This is all fun and games. Not to mention it brings a different amount of content to AW that over 200 players actually enjoy.

P.S.:

The way Red Army has acted today he would have been let go by literally anyone else in the administration, including Dave. You should consider yourself lucky. He has managed to break most of our Code of Conduct of which I should have completely let him go for. Also, for those of you who want him as Supporter; I will let you know being a supporter you should be neutral in most things. Red Army literally targeted certain kinds of humans.

I have screen shots as well until i was kicked from the imperial union discord sever. You guys were fooling around and it escalated out of control and red army was getting cyber bullied by your clan mates he wanted a apology and those clan mates were spouse to get disciplined then it escalated out of control from thier. How about you screen shot the whole conversation next time instead of just two posting two things red army said that does not look like the whole conversation to me. btw we have alot more evidence i,m not the only one sometimes i feel like people instigate and add fuel to the fire when the story is not straight or has enough evidence

I thought about it; I even had a discussion with Dave and other Supporters about it; that's how connected the team is. He was demoted for what I stated he was demoted for without question, take it or leave it.
