Pm for one person not working

Hey my pm for one person is not working, its been like this for months... please help

Do they have you ignored?

Hover over your name in the top menu and click settings. Check if you have them on ignored.

Nope they do not have me on ignore and i am not ignoring them

Do they have a space in there name if so that can be a problem.
