How to get rid of Spectator Game-Ruiners?

Theres always one of them.

That guy, who believes stirring conflict by pouring information from the spectator view is actually good for the game, even if you ask to them screw off, they remain, somehow justifying their existence to others by stuffing a couple reputation points into them.

Any way of getting rid of these idiots?

You could ask the host politely to get rid of them (kick) or, as that guy said above, report them.

You can't kick spectators.
But yeah, some spectators are so annoying We should be able to kick them.

Unfortunately this is how the game is, and there is no way you can get rid of spectators. The only few solutions that left for you are: 1. Report these spectators to mods(in case they harass you more than 2 occasions).
2. Ignore them.

Trolls are persistent and will keep coming back and will keep needing to be kicked. If you have 3+ spectators that need to be kicked than it will be an overwhelming task to keep kicking them as well as play the game.
