Clon A Transport

Is just me or when you move a air transport in water and then a second move to earth drop units, cancel turns = 2 air transport
is that a bug or a glitch?
it just happen some times, in oceania and atlantic ocean

Well this is just plain weird. I can't seem to recreate it at all. Maybe its a 1 time thing? If you can some how recreate please post a screen shot.
