New Casual Mechanic for join a game

I mean , We know that went we activate auto-join in casual, and we join we dont get reinformeds?. Some of us do, some doesnt but bla that is not the point.

I am talking about a "pre-join" implement, Where you can join a casual game, pick a country, click "ready" and return to lobby without the need of wait game to start or having auto-join.

We need this and we can start a casual all at the same time !
