Nerf GW - remove militias def bonus in city / higher cost for marines

Because militias are already boosted +1 def , + 1HP in gen stack => they become OP inside Cities

Both of theses Nerf can potentially unbalance the strategy though (I mean, make it very weak). Although it is a fact that GW was still good enough before the city bonus was fixed.

I would go lightly, removing the critical from militias and see what happens.

thatd be perfect if we could get the admins to go there.

i like gw in its current form tho, its great that people are playing it more.

removing the crit wont make any noticeable difference clovis. they only have 2 crit anyway(ignoring upgrades.)

As a middle ground i would make marines more expensive why do other strats using marine makes them 110-120$ while gw makes them 70$? It seems way too cheap to me...

Neither does DS....

DS is not a marine strat, its main units are helicopters.

Its perfect the way it is now, no need to change

You'll be surprised how much would the default map change if neutral militias had +2 Critical.

Nah it's pretty good if you know how to use it in many situations.

Well try it on eur 1v1 3/5K which seems to be where most duel are played nowadays

Play 5k PD Greece, it's nice
Besides that one, there aren't many more options I'd pick it.

Yep it's good for some stuff, it's just not a dominant strat.
