Downloadable HTML 5

So I don't actually play AtWar on browser like most people do, I downloaded the game to my computer and play from there. Is there going to be a downloadable version for HTML5?

There definitely will be, though it's low priority at the moment.

I downloaded it from home page but not working does it require java latest version or isn't implemented yet ?

Html desktop version will be nice
