[CLOSED] Refunding upgrades and rebuying

I recently refunded all my upgrades so I can get ones specifically for a strat I want to play. How quickly do these upgrades go into effect? I started a game about 30 min after I refunded, and it doesn't seem like the new upgrades/missing ones are updated. Most evident example is strategies like Blitzkrieg and GW still being selectable even when I didn't buy them.

If it's still a problem after 3 days, contact an admin... i know in the past there has been some issues with clock co-ordinations.
