Casual worldgame signup

So I decided I wanted to make a Casual Worldgame signup, since I want it to be fair and want to avoid people latejoining near some to ruin someones game and just leave after it.
I am gonna make a list with all the signups and plan a date to start this game.
I decided to make a thread because its pretty hard to fill up a Casual Worldgame, since not many of you guys actually play them I noticed, if you do play them im obviously not meaning you.

Sorry for this thread/topic, didn't know where to put it and since general discussion is the most readed forums I decided to put it here.
To be clear, this is not a tournament.
I am not sure what type of funding it will be, but probably 3/5/10k.
Other settings will be:

- 20 Players
- FFA NO SECRET ALLY, please have some sportmanship and fun..
- 100+ Cities
- No latejoin after turn 3.
- 24H
- And just the other general settings.

[UPDATE IMPORTANT] I will start this game on Saturday! I don't know what time yet but atleast that day. I will start the game and then PM all of you guys to join it.
You guys won't get reinforcement first turn because I am almost sure its impossible to get 20/20 online at same amount so I choosed to do this. Only I will get reinforcement first turn but I wont use them to make it more fair.
After turn 2 I will replace people who didn't join yet so make sure you join it! See you saturday!

DO NOT GIVE THE PASSWORD IN ANYWAY TO A PERSON OUTSIDE THIS LIST. I don't allow people taking others spots, and as punishment for it I will ask a mod to kick the player which isnt supposed to be in there and the player who gave him the password and replace him with an actually honest person. You can give the password after all 20 players have joined their game.

Its vague because I will know the date once this is filled so I can see what kind of players are online, and on my perspective most people are online in the weekends so thats why
I'll pm all of the participants when its ready
