- Player of the Season/Year Award News - 01.08.2015 Player of the Year 2014 - Winner Announcement 15.05.2015 Vote for the PotY 2014 here! (CLOSED) 13.03.2015 The first Player of the Season Award - PotS Winter 12.08.2014 The last Player of the Month Award - PotM November 12.08.2014 Player of The Season It has been decided that the Player of the Month award will be changed to Player of the Season. The reason behind the change is simple, it was getting too hard to find one specific player each month who stood out (both for mods and players to suggest to us). We also think that this will compliment the game better as coalition wars are also divided into seasons. The requirements to get the award stand basically the same, but we do expect more consistency in players since the time period has been increased. The official requirements can be found below. The next award will be Player of the Month November (The last PotM). This is because the winter season starts with December. The PoTM winners so far in the year 2014 will stay, and are still candidates for PotY 2014. Since new year comes during winter, PotY's will from now on be selected after the winter season is over. There may also come some prizes to the award winners (including the player of the year). So, stay tuned! P.S: We encourage you to continue on suggesting players who you think deserve the now-PotS award. Requirements to get the Player of The Season award: We are looking for helpful active players who themselves keep a clean record and help us by reporting misbehavior in game/forums. Furthermore, we want beneficial contributions to the game. Perhaps activity in creating maps/scenarios, tournament hosting, or posting supported/helpful topics, including bug reports. Of course, the possibilities are not limited by these. Any positive contribution should be and will be taken into consideration.
