Be able to quit duel 1st turn without loosing

Players should be able to quit duel in the first turn of it without loosing it.
It is already the case in cw and it's good stuff.

Sometimes, host start and you don't have the good strat but you can't do nothing about it.
Sometimes you just weren't ready at the time it started.
Sometimes you don't agree with picks.

I don't think it would be really hard to do that and i don't see why anyone wouldn't agree to it

- draw possibility if both players agree

Not being content with one's picks is no legitimate reason to leave a game. You picked, so play.

I answered your question in my post above. I will try to rephrase: Your idea as posted is bad, there is no legitimate reason to cancel a duel in the first turn. A hold button as sugested by Goblin resolves your first two points, and your third point is a joke.

And a Hold Button would usefull to prevent those situations.

I must say that you must resign and fight whatever the other guy picks. If you felt like you could have picked something better then just pick it, take advantage of you being first to pick, do not wait for compassion.

It's just about agreements.
Imagine you say west.
You get first pick and go UK and other goes ukr and unhold.
It's just to prevent those situation.

In anyways in my list of reason for this change. The pick was the last issue.

Yes, a hold button would indeed be useful. I wrote this multiple times, so what are you trying to do at the moment?
In the past you could cancel a duel in the first turn. The way it is now was implemented specifically as a means to discourage players from doing what you are trying to bring back.
If you joined a duel, you already explicitly confirmed that what you wanted to play was really a duel. This message even has its own window. If you picked a country, you had time to check the game-settings, so you also agreed with those.
The only legitimate point of worry is that if you picked first, the game-owner can start the game immediately after picking his country, making you unable to change your strategy in respect to his pick. Hence a hold-button.
Every other 'reason' is just you being a pussy about things that you already agreed on beforehand and wouldn't have said anything about if it was the other person in your position.

So? Do not play this person again then, problem solved. How is 'saying west' even a thing. Learn to improvise and handle situations that aren't 100% sure to turn out in your favor. Children these days.

For starters you wasted your opponents time ...

btw. i dont agree with Cow on picks above ...having first pick can be a huge disadvantage considering there are OP counters in the game and duels shouldn't be based on that.

Never have i lost with anything other then Turkey while playing Ukraine, never ...and all does 1v1 wins where me playing OP shit and were less about my skill level.

Waiting for Duel is 10 min+ ( More 30 min for me ). Picking and first turn is 5 min. That's not really relevent argument

See what Goblin said. Once the game starts, you agreed to play it. A duel is a two player experience, since your legitimate points are easily resolved by implementing a hold-button, the simple arguments that by leaving the game after it started you are (a) wasting your opponent's time and (b) every reason to quit a game after picking countries is of selfish nature, are enough to justify that being punished (by losing the game and the appropriate ELO) for doing so is perfectly fine.
