We've been evaluating the old list and decided to create a more accurate list to portray the popular users in this community. I think the education system has failed you, this is what I was talking about. No hdrakon is not "popular" he is known.
Note: Particular group = atWar not just Mystic's clan, because that would be a very biased opinion.
You can try to argue he is "popular", he isn't. Do a vote and I'm sure a majority will vote he isn't assuming you don't spam Mystics clan to vote in it. If hdrakon is on it, make sure to add eMare too. He is very well known as well. From what I've noticed he has left a nice taste in peoples mouth to keep his name popping up occasionally for the last few year now.
I know as a die hard hdrakon supporter you will look for some silly way to contradict this, but it's true. He is not liked by the majority, but a select few in his clan and a few suckers here and there looking to get supporter.

Like I said I used to hate him, but then I started thinking differently and seeing the glass half filled.

2. If you decide to do a popular list, who's going to judge? Some people hate CE, some are fine, some are friends with him. That's just an example though, how are you going to judge everyone?
Also, how are you going to decide who to do? Certainly you can't do everyone in the community. Even if you do competitive community only, who's going to define competitive? Ulvi is a clear example of a gray area.
