Interesting suggestion but critical is an inherently unreliable value. It would be hard to decide what units to vary the values on and why.

Not really, some strats can keep both attack and defence stats while some may increase/decrease in one for balance.

Good idea, for generic world map units id say just give the same amout of crit to each, and make this feature for costum maps and scenarios
