I think player who got second place the first time should get (if you guys gonna do again) that lifetime premium.
Since TheManiac won by people's choice he really deserved it, and since none of the donators picked him, because he only needed 1 or 2 votes from you guys, he really deserved it.

Maniac is a potential super-star in this game. He is just still young for you to appreciate his skill.

He was also in the greatest clan, dalmati/pups
