Merge countries and cities

I can merge countries and their cities also ?
I ask this because i want merge many countries, and its very slow if i need remake all!

Or if possible, i can change the city from one country to another.

Neither is possible. You cannot merge countries or their cities together. You cannot change the city from one country to another. You need to remake all the countries and cities.

You can merge countries, but not cities.
I replied to another thread explaining how to merge countries but it seems the OP deleted it.
Anyway, just copy the countries you want to merge to a free 'workspace', put them together as you want, and then select all, copy, and paste. The borders should now work as 1 country.
