This is my personal favourite cheap country to pick because firstly it's really cheap costing +2070 funds, secondly it is very close to Berlin and because of this I can then be able to take over the entirety of Germany very swiftly and then I can soon be able to expand to other valuable Western European Nations, such as: France, UK, Italy and Spain.

i can only think of ukraine as a country below 5k cost that would be good to acquire in 10k settings.
