Blitz should have it's sea transportation range nerf

Im pretty sure genghis khan mobile army aren't good with sea transport. Fe) war on japan.
and Hitler could cross france to london. Also blitz transport won't have super range when they take russia:south port to reach the deeper part of turkey. Blitzkrieg is used by manry former powerful nation like gehis khan but it wasn't throughly used to explots sea transport's range. I believe a -2 range nerf would be good while giving a sea transport only one extra range. In conclusion, this will ease pressure from ukraine blitz for turkey since it's transportation range is reduced

Seems a reasonable nerf. It makes sense that 'blitz' units apply to offensive land units. Since NC already has the advantage of range for naval units, blitz could be narrowed in it's focus based on what the historical application (i.e. offensive ground units.)
