Money Bug

A few times now it's happend to me, I've sent money at the start or during a turn and the player i sent it to says they did not receive it. This is not after ending my turn but rather before it. I've heard other people are having a similar issue too.

Yes me too. Both in sending and receiving.
The same occurs for peace and alliance requests too. My friend and I tried four-five times to peace then ally each other in a world game. Nothing happened.

Yeah this is happening alot...usually in CWS
