Colonial Empires scenario feedback

It sucks because unless your the main country's you will not be able to expand properly i mean look at China its underfunded as fuck and Japan could take it out

Honestly this scenario is not to bad, but austria hungary is way to powerful because they have no colonies and get 2 millions starting units to crush europe. Hum and also ithink french territories in north america are to weak to resist any attack from netherlnds or uk. Maybe give canada ontario to france? of course not great lakes because it will overbalance the north america in there favor.

Also i would like a most accurate and historical situation in africa....

Can there be a air balloon in place of the air transport because only strat that can be used to have regular game range is Blitz.

China was meant to have a rivalry with Japan. I've weakened it so it would be a fair fight. Besides, it was indeed a weak empire.

Austria-Hungary is powerful in Europe, but how is the lack of colonies an advantage? Rather otherwise.
French territories have the same amount of troops as Dutch and British. I will think about giving Ontario to France though maybe.

It's impossible to make an accurate and historical situation in Africa since this scenario has no certain time limits. I've just tried to balance it and to give each country its actual colonies there, which it once possesed (at any time of history).

Nice idea, I'll think about it. It will weaken Portugal and Spain though. What other people think about this?
