Is it common for Ivan to come online but not read mail?

Hello all, recently, I bought my friend premium, but due to some technical errors, it didn't go through. Ivan replied to my past queries and replies very regularly but has suddenly stopped replying and reading my 2 messages despite being online. My friend is now very disappointed. Should I be worried or am I just too impatient? Thank you.

Maybe ivan just got annoyed. lol

Neither. He's busy so if he logs in it's for something important and doesn't have time to do anything else.

From previous players who had the same problem as you do, we can see that Ivan helped them when he could, so just wait for that moment.

I agree with nero at some point but I don't think we should blame Ivan cause he's currently the only admin who's still solving these kind of issues while some mods are standing there like thots showing their big horns as usual... creating random threads and posts to simulate activity... Very sad... I just imagine how hard it must be for one person to be able to deal with all these kind of problems daily... he's carrying the whole game

Truth is we need sun back, or if not sun - new admins to help Ivan out. Admins that should be independent and treat all players equally no matter noob, prem or mod.. i am more than tired of rigged stuff going on here and there, pretty sure others had enough too

In my experience I always get a reply from Ivan and if I'm asking for help with something then he always gives a helping hand. Amok on the other hand never replies but does seen my messages, whether or not he is actually reading them I think probably not.
