Well, I got bored ruling my Balkans Empire so I made a roadway. (No One Bothered to attack me after I made.)

That's weaker than just making a bunch of rings. Three to four turns to cap.

Still gives me enough time to counter it though... Which was the whole point of it. Also if you look close enough you'll find 2 rings in there, the rest is just a system of random walls made to mock roads.
