[FIXED] Message Text is missing page gives error when posting

Expected behavior
When I create a post in the "Message text is missing" error page, I expect the post to be made

Actual behavior
I get sent to another error page "There's no action given. What exactly do you want to do here?"

Steps to reproduce the behavior
[i]Example:
1. Go to forum topic
2. Without typing anything, click post topic
3. Type a message and make a post in the error page.

Information:
Browser: Firefox, Safari (iPhone)

Browser version: Latest

OS: Windows
