Payment - Serbia

Today I wanted to order some premium stuffs so I could enjoy in better gameplay. I know that Serbia,where I'm from, doesn't support paypal, so I choosed Mobile Payment. But I was surprised when I saw that there's no option to buy from Serbia even by using mobile phone, I wanted to ask is that going to be implemented soon or is it going to be implemented anytime.

Use a credit card (it works on kongregate) http://www.kongregate.com/ ..There you can buy some premium stuff if you wish,buying kong coins and for those coins take premium features..Btw im from Montenegro you can ask me if you need some help or something,just use pm cuz english is the primary language in here ..
