Question about SM

Does SM unlock stealth planes for free like MoS does?
Also, can someone give me some tips about using SM?

I think yes but I'm not sure.

With sm make bombers to attack and remember to put a land unit in the city too in order to take it.
When you want to expand to neutral and have an opponent near by wall the city take it or not and if you want to take it dont send 1 infatry to take it because if he attacks it too the infatry will die and you won't take the city.

When you are fighting a long distance war try to wall the city you take with your main stack to avoid being tbed.Do that also when every bomber counts!
