please add +1 attack, -5 cost

Despite I keep on thinking that GW received an overnerf, I can't really agree that it's an unusable strategy right now.

Gw is fine. but i think that the militia needs its +1 attack back

The cost was nerfed too much as well, 25 should balance it.

Also TopHats, please remove me from your ignore list.

I love GW, but it was way over powered before. I don't think it is under powered nor unusable now. It is for sure not one of the strongest strats. It needs a small nerf in my opinion... nothing major. Cheaper transports maybe (Also take away movement disadvantage).

So this is why I am losing battles lately! And I though it was just me needing to get back in form...
I wouldn't recommend changing the stats of the game anymore. I am basically playing 2 or 3 same countries, doing the same moves in different environment. Making this kind of changes could easily kill the whole game enjoyment for me..

Other players say the cost is fine but the attack nerf should be removed. What do you guys think?

You're going to need to either have an atk or def nerf. militia are too powerful (as you gain them as you cap), so if you remove the atk nerf they'll be too powerful again. I suggest a def nerf, but it's not terrible the way it is

I believe it's ok now if you compare it with other strategies.

I disagree with the Unsuable word but i think GW has to be returned to its orignal state or like someone above posted make Milita 25 to balance it out.

Please make militia fly like bombers.

This. On the other side I didn't even notice the nerf as I just started playing recently again. So I can't compare it.

I think the militia needs the 1 attack back , it would be fair.

the whole problem with GW was that militia were way too powerful, removing cost nerf (if that) would be most sensible

Experienced GW player: All you have to do is it give it some other benefits to make it more versatile.

Possibilities:

- Reduced bomber cost.
- +1 Militia Movement.
- Increased transportation movement.
- Increased sub movement.
- Reduced transportation cost.
- Decrease Stealth Detection radius for marines (if possible)
- Increased bomber range
- Increased Marine movement (Maybe too OP)

If you do some things like that, GW will be perfectly alright in capable hands.

Honeslty I've yet to beat a GW player in a 1v1 in Europe. If you're playing SM, GW will beat it every time. GW is not totally useless, rather the strats which beat it (IF for example) became very popular at the same time as GW was nerfed.

GW works by hassling and causing players to play too defensively. Against strats which don't need money GW doesn't really work because it's true potential is un-used. However against SM which needs the money, leaving a city like Liepzig exposed to GW Marines means that you lose all of Germanys country bonus (which then takes time to recover). To counter this SM either needs to overkill on defence (wasting reinforcements and money) or just accept that you'll never get good income (which is just defeat).

It may be a bit like rock paper scissors but GW is still very potent.

I use to use GW religously until they nerfed it now i only use GC

Unusable? ...far from truth. Very much usuable in some situations ...like any other strategy.
