Expand normally, keeps troops in austria. Around turn 4 or turn 8, he will go for the capitol, which is the turn you put everything in back in the capitol. If he does this, and loses, you win. Most likely he will attack from Scandinavia.
If he wants a long game, well, use your brain and out play him. If you can keep the fight up, you will win, because he will run out of money. You can afford to make lots of walls, and as soon as he break them, pull all your units into the city.
This is what I have experienced, results may vary. xD

also, 200 infantry would never beenough to take a major continent, especially when they see you coming for 2 reinforcement stages or more lol.

Well, there is this trick where you can't be tb with destroyers. when i said a couple, 21-24 destroyers. I made it across the ocean countless time unstopped, pacific and atlantic.
200 infantry is enough to hold a country for a couple week. It is more than enough to take a chunk out of africa or south america. Also, it doesn't take long to create 100 infantry, so you can constantly send waves.
you can laugh all you want, but pd can cross ocean.
200 bombers would cost 26000 (SM) Upkeep 2600
200 infantry would cost 10000 (PD) Upkeep 1000
So remember if a person is playing against pd user, chances are if he sent 200 inf, the person can't defend if the person is still being under attack from asia or europe, and if you have 200 bombers, he would have 550 infantry.
I understand your skepticism, as you should be, because it is not as popular. However, I seek to change all that by telling people they can do it, and it has worked.

Everyone has their own view in taking countries.
I have to more or less agree on Arb's Marine theory. Marine's are a good way of crossing the ocean and invading players countries in world maps.
But Cthulhu, I will be trying out your tips . After all they aren't called a 'Guide' for nothing. They tips sound okay, and at the moment I'm willing to try anything new.
But I recommend Arb's Marine strat. Its very useful.

In europe or in small maps use inf and militia.
In world games, once fully expanded (full continent etc..) there's nothing wrong with making tanks, bombers, or even marines in subs to invade unexpectedly. What I usually do is start by setting up my defense walls, and spamming infantry in cities to destroy all enemies who wish to attempt invading. Once I'm set up, I make subs and marines to invade a continent, along with a large stack of infantry in naval transports (with destroyers/bombers to defend.) I take as many cities as I can 1 week before reinforcements with my marines, and the next week I replenish my new cities with the large amount of inf I brought along. Once that process is executed properly, you've won afterwind. gg

you can send doom stacks from asia and europe and i will hold the line.
never try to attack me with doom stacks of infantry, or i will take city by city, and once you reach me, i will have twice your stack size.
the best way to beat a PD players is by doing nothing, he will kill him self after a few rounds.
